As Logistics Team Lead for Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS, you oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, inventory management, and workplace safety. This hands-on role will lead a team in unloading shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assign daily tasks to the receiving team
- Train and support new team members on safety and quality standards
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts safely and effectively
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (stand-up/sit-down) required
- ERP system and inventory scanning experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
