The Role

Job Responsibilities

  1. Based on the understanding of market logistics products and combined with internal operations and requirements, be responsible for the planning of logistics - related systems such as OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS and other systems or functions.
  2. Lead the planning for system function and performance optimization to make the products meet the requirements of operational productization and configuration.
  3. Lead the formulation of system construction plans and control the progress of the entire system construction process.
  4. Identify schedule and quality risks during the system construction process, and coordinate with relevant departments in a timely manner to formulate countermeasures to avoid the occurrence of risks.
  5. Be responsible for supporting the system requirements of national customer solutions, conducting demand research and process sorting, and outputting BRD documents; interface with the headquarters to promote the launch of functions.
  6. Be responsible for the system implementation for standard merchants.

Job Requirements

  1. Professional Competence: Have an in - depth understanding of knowledge related to logistics and basic supply chain systems and products (such as OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS, etc.). Combined with industry and project requirements, be able to lead the output of system solution design documents that are executable, forward - looking, reusable, and productized.
  2. Project Implementation: Have led the solution design and implementation of at least two industry - strategic projects, and have work experience as a project leader or team - leading experience.
  3. Outstanding project management capabilities, with experience in managing large - scale projects. Be able to solve urgent problems in a timely and efficient manner, and have certain risk - prediction capabilities. Be able to strictly control the delivery cycle and quality of projects, and provide optimization suggestions.
  4. Be able to use Japanese and Mandarin as working language.
