The Logistics Supervisor at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the logistics team and coordinate warehouse and transportation activities.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of shipping and receiving operations.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to resolve any logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and warehouse operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a logistics supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
