What you will do:

As a Logistics Supervisor on Stryker's ProCare team, you will play a key role in overseeing employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. You'll maintain a positive work environment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, world-class production system. This will be an onsite role with 18 direct reports.

  • Supervise and support warehouse employees, providing hands-on leadership while ensuring visibility and access throughout shifts

  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards by implementing established policies and procedures

  • Motivate and develop team members to meet daily operational goals and drive continuous improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Materials, Customer Care, and Finance, to streamline processes and foster collaboration

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management to meet organizational needs

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize warehouse performance and material flow

  • Collaborate daily with production support teams to address topics like staffing, materials, quality engineering, and forecasting

  • Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans, making decisions that align with Stryker’s overall objectives

Required:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 4+ years experience of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP EWM
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma management systems and philosophies

  


$101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual

  


Travel Percentage: 10%
