Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Logistics and distribution for Masimo Japan.   

    • Coordinate with International Customer Service, Global Logistics, express shipping services, freight Forwarders and 3rd party warehouse teams for order release & shipment. 

      • Manage 3PL stocking receipts, management of order fulfillment, monitoring shipment transit, customs clearance, warehouse processing and final delivery to customers

      • Thorough understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance on shipment & customer delivery 

      • Managing & monitoring performance of third party Logistics service provider

      • Oversees Inventory Management, product traceability. Labeling, import controls and adherence to local regulations

      • Proforma Invoice generation and submission

      • Oversee and review shipping documents.

      • Coordinate with Clearing Agents for shipment clearance 

      • Ensuring timely customs clearance & delivery of inbound shipments to end customers 

      • Management and oversite of third party billing verification and delivery to commitment

      • Oversight of 3PL inventory reporting and internal ERP alignment

      • Ensure shipments are processed and tracked in alignment with customer expectations

      • Review and adjust regional logistics process to support local demand and improved efficiency

      • Ensure required shipping documents and valuation are properly prepared 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service of operational logistics, import/export and customs expertise, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics and/or materials management is required. 

  • Cross-functional experience in a global team environment, Sales Operations functions, including Reporting, Analytics
