Job Description SummaryThe principal role of the Logistics Specialist is to manage all activities around shipping from Manufacturing, manage transportation and related logistics of goods to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

GE HealthCare의 R&D센터인 성남에서 Logistics Specialist 인재를 채용합니다. 전반적으로 Oracle 시스템에서의 물류 운송 및 in/out bound를 관리하며 해외 담당자들과 지속적인 커뮤니케이션을 수반하는 업무입니다. 2년 미만의 경력을 우대하나 경력이 없는 신입도 지원 가능합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate operations around shipping
• Shipping items in Oracle system/Material transactions
• Register shipments by freight forwarder
• Continuous communication with global transportation teams
• Internal warehouse/logistics related document update
• Ensure Trade Compliance including bonded factory and AEO program policy
• Work with global teams on global initiatives
• Achieve excellent results in delivery KPI and LEAN activity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
• operations experience in logistics including export, inventory management
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
• Experience working in a compliant supply chain
