Job Description:
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, with a strong focus on KPI monitoring and performance analysis to ensure operational excellence and service reliability. The role drives logistics digitalization initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making. In addition, the position manages 3PL performance, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and leads continuous optimization programs aimed at improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and creating sustainable value for the business
· Monitors and analyzes logistics KPIs (service level, OTIF, cost performance), identifying performance gaps and defining corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
· Oversees 3PL performance, logistics costs, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service expectations.
· Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with 3PL providers, driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, delivery punctuality, operational flexibility, and cost optimization.
· Leads logistics digitalization initiatives, enhancing data visibility, process automation, reporting capabilities, and performance tracking across the supply chain.
· Drives continuous improvement programs across warehouse and inbound logistics processes, identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.
· Develops and maintains cost-to-serve models and reporting for priority customers, supporting profitability analysis and strategic decision-making.
· Performs data analysis on co-packing operations, identifying efficiency opportunities, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through fact-based recommendations.
· Provides regular performance reviews and dashboards, leveraging data analytics to support operational governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement actions.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full-time position. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
BASE PAY RANGE 32000-37000 annually gross
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule).
