Logistics Sourcing Manager

As a Logistics Sourcing Manager .You will be responsible for logistics procurement and report to Senior Logistics Procurement Manager. Your location is in Shanghai

Management Scope:

Manage the logistics procurement activities in Southeast Asia, meanwhile support Japan, Hongkong and China Taiwan logistics sourcing management.

Accountability:

1. Procurement Strategy

establish, refresh and implement local logistics procurement Strategy for the management countries. Finalize and implement subcategory strategy in APAC scope if necessary, including warehouse, transportation, freight forward e.g.

2. Supplier management

Maintain supplier relationships and manage the incumbent supplier panel, develop and introduce new competitive suppliers to better support business requirements and development.

3. Cost management

Lead price negotiation, cost model & benchmark analysis and cost reduction projects related with VAVE, innovation.

4. Contract management

Finalize contract compliant with policy and regulation, guarantee spending under contract coverage, optimize contract terms and conditions, improve working capital to generate TCO value.

5. Procurement compliance

Lead self-assessment, cooperation with audit team

Procurement process implementation

6. Database finalization

Logistics volume database identification and update

Surcharge formula check and update

Market dynamic analysis

7. Other work

Internal stakeholder relationship Management

Consolidation and regular reporting PPT

Requirements:

-Based in Shanghai, China

-Bachelor’s degree from 985/211, major of Logistics, MBA preferred

-At least 5 years logistics procurement experience, chemical industry preferred

-Strong negotiation skills

-Good communication and management capabilities

-Strong Conflict management skills

-Good PPT and Excel skills

-Efficiency and pressure resistance working requirement

-Cooperation and strong sense of responsibility

Language:

-Chinese & English

-Japanese, SEA local language preferred
