Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainable solution development by understanding and anticipating customer needs

• Create comprehensive solution designs including service scope, operating models, resource plans, cost estimates, recommended pricing, client value propositions, and draft P&L statements

• Analyze customer RFQ data to determine optimal warehouse size based on throughput and product requirements

• Design efficient warehouse process flows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to maximize productivity

• Establish activity-based productivity targets to support resource planning and costing models

• Develop warehouse simulation models using industry software to visualize operations and evaluate alternatives

• Create detailed warehouse layouts and engineering designs using AutoCAD software

• Document essential data and assumptions for solution design, costing, and future business opportunities

• Partner with LEAN and Process Engineering experts to implement best practices in new commercial opportunities

• Actively participate in the Global CL Solution Design Community through knowledge sharing and best practice exchange

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback and team development

• Support the development and implementation of automation proof-of-concepts

• Guide regional solution design teams on RFP responses, strategic projects, CAPEX planning, and technical documentation

• Drive knowledge sharing and capability building across the organization while collaborating with People functions to develop internal talent.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field

• 5-15 years of experience in solution design, automated warehouse solutions, or operations management

• Proven experience and expertise in warehouse layout optimization, labor modeling, process design, and automation implementation

• Knowledge of solution design tools including AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software

• Experience with simulation tools (FlexSim, AnyLogic, or Arena) is a plus

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis

• Native Korean speaker with business-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
