Logistics controller and sales order processingRole and Responsibilities
Inbound Management:
Import information
- Check shipping notice and send mid/long term inbound plan to LSP / SDSZA
- Check daily inbound cargo at discharging port
- Check inbound priority based on service parts back order
- Send inbound delivery request to LSP for urgent GR plan
- Responsible for all Inbound Containers and Air Freight Shipments
- Supply an Inbound Goods in transit report to 3PL and SDSZA
- Ensuring on Time Goods Receipting of all products

Outbound Management:
Goods Issue
- Check compliance with customer requests
- Check unshipped order status
- Display Shipment Status
- Unshipped Delivery Orders after Planned G/I days
Outbound Delivery
- Monitor outbound delivery process
- Check outbound In-transit stock report.
- Check Goods Issue vs. Billing for open orders
- Analyze outbound delivery lead-time
Sales Order Processing
- Booking confirmation of orders.
- Processing of Sales Orders and Delivery Orders
- Following up and expediting pricing issues.
- Following up and expediting credit limit approvals.
- Quality control when processing orders to reduce failed deliveries.
- Customer relationship management – internal and external
- Managing and maintaining customer back orders
- Proactively checking sales target vs actuals and supporting KAMs with regards to achieving their sales targets
Skills and Qualifications
• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience since TB1
