Coordinate international airfreight exports and imports, including booking shipments, scheduling pickups, tracking deliveries, preparing customs and shipping documents, and managing chemical compound shipments. 1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of airfreight logistics operations for exports and imports, with a primary focus on shipments handled by DHL and other freight forwarders.
2. Book shipments with My DHL for outbound shipments and schedule pickups, tracking the %shipments until they reach the destination.
3. Send documents to customs agents for all inbound chemical compounds to file the checklist and facilitate duty payments.
