We are currently seeking a Logistics Pharmacist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Pharmacist at ICON, you will play a critical role in managing the distribution and inventory of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials. You will ensure that all medications and materials are handled according to regulatory standards and delivered efficiently to support clinical research operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the distribution, storage, and inventory management of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the handling and distribution of medications.
  • Engaging with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitoring and managing medication inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent shortages.
  • Providing expertise on the safe handling and storage of pharmaceuticals, including temperature control and documentation.

Your Profile

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, distribution, or a related field, preferably in a clinical or research setting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, principle objectives and best practices in pharmaceutical handling and distribution.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
