About the Company:

World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. Our products make this possible: the Orb verifies real people, World ID proves it privately, and World App enables and distributes the new applications made possible by this technology. Together, they form a new layer for AI internet.

We’re one of the fastest-growing networks in tech. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and we complete over 350,000 verifications each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.

World was founded in 2019 and launched globally in 2023. We are more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. Our teams come from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Stripe, Meta, Coinbase, Palantir and MIT Media Lab. We’re backed by leading investors, including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Blockchain Capital, Variant, Tiger Global, and Coinbase Ventures, as well as prominent operators and founders across fintech and AI.

World has been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine, highlighted in Fast Company’s Next 5 in Fintech, and explored in a Bloomberg deep dive. The New York Times, Bankless and TechCrunch have all recognized our progress in identity, cryptography, AI, and global-scale hardware deployment. Our leadership is also named to the Time AI 100. The Logistics team at Tools for Humanity oversees the global movement, deployment, and management of Orbs and related hardware across more than 40 markets. We operate at the intersection of technology, compliance, and operations, building scalable systems that ensure fast, compliant, and cost-effective distribution. Our team collaborates closely with Product, Market Operations, Finance, and Engineering to continuously improve how we deliver value globally.

About the role:

As a Logistics Operations Specialist (North America), you will play a critical role in the backbone of our supply chain, executing and improving the movement of goods across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You’ll ensure every shipment, delivery, and inventory transfer is accurate, compliant, and on time.

Operating from our Dallas Hub, you’ll coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to maintain visibility and flow across TFH’s growing North American network. This includes inbound shipments from global hubs, regional warehouse operations, and outbound deliveries to markets and distribution centers.

You’ll manage the details that keep logistics running, shipment documentation, hazmat declarations, ERP data accuracy, and daily exception resolution, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and system integrity. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing logistics team that values precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

This position directly supports all five pillars of TFH’s logistics framework:
Global Distribution, Customs Clearance, Importer of Record (IOR) Program, Warehousing, and Final-Mile Delivery.

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound shipments across North America, ensuring all movements are accurate, on time, and fully documented.

  • Manage logistics data in ERP and TMS systems to maintain visibility and reconcile inventory movements between hubs and local warehouses.

  • Prepare and validate shipping and customs documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Dangerous Goods Declarations.

  • Collaborate with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery exceptions, customs holds, and operational issues quickly.

  • Support logistics projects and process improvements that enhance visibility, automation, and last-mile delivery performance.

You might thrive in this role if you have:
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and thrive in fast-moving operational environments.

  • A solid understanding of customs and international shipping processes, especially within North America.

  • A strong sense of accountability, you don’t just report issues; you resolve them.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to simplify workflows, reduce errors, and improve delivery speed.

  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when plans or routes change.
