Job Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and service fulfillment operation and team within the Indonesia zone for both finished goods equipment and service parts.  Initiate and implement the logistics and service fulfilment strategy in support of business growth. 
• Manage international / domestic transportation, import / export operations and customs activities, warehouse operations and drive the continuous improvements.
• Lead the team to implement key projects that improve tools, process, productivity, and compliance.
• Overcome roadblocks and resolve escalation to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers’ requirements, company policy, international trade regulations.
• Be responsible for financial Operating Plan (OP), Ontime Delivery, logistics cost as % of sales, productivity, warehouse KPIs, and inventory.
• Drive Variable Cost Productivity initiatives to deliver realized savings and benefits.  Drive standardization of transportation processes across the zone to cost down activities. 
• Lead the FTA programs as applicable to realize any preferential duties and taxes.
• Roll out the global warehouse standard and optimize the warehouse operations in full compliance with local regulatory and GDPMD requirements.  
• Work cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain, finance and COEs to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current, new and potential service providers and key relevant authorities including customs, trade and tax, and MOH.
• Lead or participate in AKA initiatives in process, productivity, and lean improvements, and support any other duties as assigned by Operations Director.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working in logistics, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Solid knowledge and experience in transportation, import and export and warehousing management, vendor management and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent project/people management and team development skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Solid communication skills across, functions, countries and cultures.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time (if/as needed).
