Job brief
We are searching for a reliable Logistics Manager who will manage the entire supply chain. The Logistics Manager's tasks include managing and supervising the storage and distribution of commodities.
The goal is to manage the full purchase cycle to improve company development, assure long-term viability, and satisfy customers.
Responsibilities
Manages operations and processes of scheduling, shipping / receiving and documentation to ship/ receive tableware and various foreign products.
Coordinates licensing, documentation and payments
Always ensures compliance with import/ export laws and regulations
Monitor schedules for potential delays and expedites, negotiate with shippers to resolve issues and ensure the products arrive on time.
Updates and communications with suppliers and departments (sales, warehouse and related departments) of all products information and schedule
Train and develop the team on all updates and latest regulations
Set goals for the team members and evaluate their performance against it
Maintain and update the import/export compliance database.
Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers
Following job instructions and guidance to detail. Following and implementing the company’s policies and procedures.
Maintaining healthy work relations with co-workers and superiors equally.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
7+ years of experience in import and export operations
Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office and other computer software related to the field
