Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Logistics Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance, compliance, and audit functions within shipping and distribution operations. You will ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards to maintain shipment accuracy and secure chain-of-custody control.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage all quality and compliance functions related to shipping operations, including order preparation and final shipment verification, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations leaders to monitor KPIs, such as error rates and audit findings, to drive continuous improvement in service levels.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards and industry-specific regulations by developing audit programs and implementing corrective actions.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in imaging or distribution operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or quality management role.
Strong knowledge of formal quality assurance frameworks and secure document handling procedures.
Proven ability in root cause analysis and stakeholder management to prevent recurring shipment discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
