Logistics Manager – Netherlands (NL)

We’re now hiring a Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations in the Netherlands and support business growth across the GIN (Great Britain, Ireland, Netherlands) region.
Your Role: Make Every Journey Count
You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery to project sites, optimizing our logistics network, and driving collaboration across teams—from technicians to project managers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Strategy & Planning
- Define and manage the logistics service offering for the BeLux region.
- Monitor and improve performance while controlling total logistics cost.
- Align logistics strategies with EMEA goals and customer needs.
Team & Supplier Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team.
- Identify competence gaps and implement training solutions.
- Manage key stakeholders and lead supplier negotiations.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- Challenge current logistics processes and define future-focused improvements.
- Create actionable change plans and manage resistance effectively.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain leadership.
- Skilled in building strong internal/external networks and leading diverse teams.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory); French is a strong plus.
- Willing to work from The Hague or Ede and regularly visit operational sites.
