YOUR ROLE

Support data-driven decision-making in global logistics and international trade by analyzing operational data, building reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and compliance.

In your daily job you will:

Analyze logistics, transportation, and customs data to identify trends, delays, and cost drivers
Monitor key KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, freight cost, and clearance times
Perform root cause analysis on delays, service failures, and cost overruns
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management use
Translate data into clear insights to support decision-making
Extract, clean, validate, and manage data from ERP, TMS, and external sources
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate reporting tasks
Support data-driven optimization of routes, inventory, and logistics costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, trade, procurement, finance)
Provide analytical support for global trade, compliance, and audits
Monitor import/export data, tariffs, and regulatory impacts
Track shipments and highlight risks or delays using data insights
Support carrier performance analysis and operational issue resolution
Continuously improve technical and analytical skills (SQL, BI tools, etc.)
Handle ad hoc data requests and support operational and strategic initiatives

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Completed bachelor's degree
Advanced English (written and spoken)
+1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, data analysis, or global trade environments
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Familiarity with ERP and/or TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
Understanding of logistics KPIs (lead time, OTIF, transportation costs, etc.)
Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and trade compliance concepts is a plus
Experience in data cleaning, validation, and reporting standardization
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
