About the role:
The Logistics & Fulfilment Associate Manager supports the day-to-day management of logistics, warehousing, and order fulfilment operations. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely handling of inventory, order processing, and dispatch, in line with company standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment
Assist in daily regional operations, including warehouse activities, inventory control, and transportation
Monitor end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate fulfilment
Ensure all monthly order shipments are closed and settled on time, in alignment with the established shipping schedule and company deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, sales) to resolve order or shipment issues
Cross-border & Regional Logistics
Coordinate cross-border shipments with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
Vendor & 3PL Management
Track and report 3PL performance against SLAs and KPIs
Participate in contract negotiations and support the renewal or termination process as required.
Process Improvement
Support in implementing changes using logistics system and technology (e.g. TMS, WMS)
Support in analysing key logistics data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement
Draft and updates SOPs for logistics operations and promote process standardization
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or fulfilment management, preferably in the Asia-Pacific (APEC) region.
Fluent speaking /writing/read skill in English
Highly sensitive on data and analysis skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, fast learning and good at working in pressure.
