Job Responsibilities:
Objectives of the Job:
Lead interface of EE module groups to customer vehicle program management. EE module group includes Body Electronics / Infotainment / Electrical Architecture / System Validation, interfaces will include other engineering module groups as Drive system/Body System/ Vehicle Integration / Styling / Production / Supplier Quality / Logistics / Purchasing / Finance and After Sales. Achieve EE Module Group program targets. Represent EE Module group across all program meetings and events.
Main Duties:
Support customer program management to set up contract and interface with customer. Setup EE timing plan based on program master timing chart. Champion customer processes to ensure program targets are met. Support and attend meeting landscape for module groups based on program requirements. Monitor, review and achieve defined deliverables for all modules in the module group Support program management to pass defined program gates and milestones Report status of EE module group to program management Highlight possible opportunities and risks, escalate critical issues to program. Feedback information and requests from program management to the module group. Support launch phase of vehicle builds in plant. Complete all deliverables and confirm with program management to close the program. Confirm project resource follow the CAPA plan
Qualification:
Bachelor degrees or above, E/E or related area At least 8 years experiences in complete EE project team leading with a profound knowledge of EE areas, including the BE, EDS, Info. ADAS, and EE testing. Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills Experience and process knowledge in automotive Electrics/Electronics, with PMP and APQP preferred Experienced in project and problem management Very good sense on resource plan and management Good communication skill, presentation skill Good English language skills: read, write, listen and speak Open mind and team work with people from different cultures
