Logistics Network Optimization & Cost Transformation • Lead logistics productivity and cost-saving programs across transportation and warehousing. • Identify and deploy network optimization opportunities including Backhaul initiatives, Direct dispatch models, Route optimization, Distribution network redesign, Warehouse footprint optimization • Develop business cases and investment proposals to unlock productivity improvement. • Own logistics savings pipeline and delivery governance. 2. Warehousing Excellence & Network Design • Lead warehouse productivity and operational excellence initiatives. • Drive warehouse process optimization across: Put-away, Replenishment, Picking, Dispatch, Inventory handling • Support warehouse transition projects, DC expansion, and network redesign initiatives. • Drive continuous benchmarking against internal and external best practices. 4. Logistics Digitalization & Analytics • Build data-driven logistics capability through advanced performance analytics and automation. • Develop dashboards, tools, and performance management routines to improve decision-making. • Leverage digital solutions and automation opportunities to enhance logistics productivity and visibility. • Establish robust logistics reporting and governance mechanisms. 5. Supplier & Partner Performance Management • Partner with Procurement to drive strategic logistics supplier management. • Lead business reviews with 3PL and transport providers. • Monitor service, cost, productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement commitments. • Develop collaborative improvement roadmaps with logistics partners. 6. Project Management & Change Leadership • Lead cross-functional logistics transformation projects from concept through implementation. • Ensure disciplined project governance, milestone management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. • Drive successful change adoption through capability building, communication, and structured deployment plans. • Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 7. Sustainability & Future-Fit Logistics • Support Unilever's sustainability agenda through logistics optimization and carbon reduction initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and reduce logistics environmental footprint. • Drive incorporation of sustainability considerations into logistics network decisions and investments.
