We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our PCS team, an Accredited Labs company. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in shipping and administrative logistics that will support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and supporting day-to-day logistics operations.

Location: Monday – Friday at our branch office

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

Shipping & Logistics

  • Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments
  • Manage local customer pickups and deliveries, including the execution of a recurring weekly route every Monday
  • Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, packing lists, etc.)
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues with carriers
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipping logs

Technical

  • Navigate lab operations and technical environments
  • Understand and follow intricate processes and SOPs
  • Support broader operations with a high degree of technical literacy

Administrative Support

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping requests
  • Maintain and update logistics databases and spreadsheets
  • Generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Support compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Communicate with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or coordinator support required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight coordination
  • Clean driving record
  • High School diploma is preferred
