Administer and configure the IndySoft calibration management platform across a national lab network. Responsibilities include managing users and workflows, maintaining equipment and reporting configurations, supporting data migrations and site integrations, monitoring integrations with NetSuite and Salesforce, troubleshooting data issues, assisting users, documenting processes, and recommending system improvements. The role requires IndySoft experience, SQL proficiency, knowledge of APIs and data integrations, strong data-quality skills, and effective communication.

Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, customer pickups and deliveries, shipping documentation, carrier tracking, inventory records, and consumables. Processes purchase orders, invoices, and shipping requests; maintains logistics databases and spreadsheets; generates performance reports; supports import/export compliance; and collaborates with sales, customer service, and finance. Requires strong organization, communication, technical literacy, and familiarity with shipping platforms and freight coordination.

Prepare and send customer invoices, reconcile billing data, handle billing inquiries, support accounts receivable and collections, collaborate with operations, assist month-end close, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate, timely billing across multiple branch locations.

Lead design and rollout of a unified operating system across 32+ branches: analyze branch performance, standardize best practices, define manager rhythms and KPIs, build training/coaching, drive change management, and support acquisition onboarding to deliver measurable operational and EBITDA improvements.

Lead end-to-end HubSpot Service Hub implementation and administration across a multi-branch network: manage users, permissions, workflows, custom-coded actions/webhooks, integrations (Dialpad, NetSuite), vendor oversight, rollout support, and customer data governance to create a unified system of record.
