Logistics Coordinator

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health EMS -Ground is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our La Crosse Location.

The Logistics Coordinator’s primary task is to assist in daily logistical duties of the operations and fleet departments. This position interacts with all other operational departments.  Duties include:

• Work with Logistics operations supervisor to assist with equipment tracking, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Work with Logistics Operations Supervisor to assist with creating processes and procedures related to supply chain management and inventory resource for multiple locations.
• Identifies and communicates opportunities for system related or operational improvements
• Follow, maintain and update policies and procedures to meet accreditation criteria
• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility supervisor
• Works with computer and diagnostic software/hardware.
• Work with logistics operations supervisor to inventory, maintain, and store equipment and supplies.
• Deliver medical and other supplies to stations as needed
• Participate in ambulance preparation and readiness duties.
• Ambulance station maintenance and upkeep as needed.
• Create working environment for safe effective operations.
• Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned
