Identifies improvements across attendance, payroll workflows, scheduling, and workforce management; translates user needs into valuable enhancements; analyzes data; and partners with technology, portfolio, support, and business teams to deliver strategic outcomes. The role also supports agile delivery, change management, team performance, skill-gap identification, and recruitment.

Supports daily logistics and fleet operations by tracking, repairing, inventorying, storing, and delivering equipment and supplies. Assists with supply chain processes, equipment troubleshooting, ambulance readiness, station upkeep, policy compliance, and operational improvements across multiple locations.

Leads small- to mid-scale enterprise ITDS projects from planning through execution. Develops actionable project plans, manages timelines and budgets, evaluates performance, identifies improvements, and optimizes outcomes. Collaborates with diverse stakeholders and may support healthcare technology initiatives involving enterprise applications, system implementations, digital solutions, workflows, data management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Supports the Employee Labor Relations and HR teams by completing I-9 forms, scanning background checks, maintaining accurate personnel records, triaging phone calls, and handling front desk responsibilities. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, customer service, and problem-solving skills in an onsite healthcare office environment.

Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing data pipelines and enterprise data lake solutions. Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to create analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Support data quality and enterprise data initiatives across the organization.

Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, analytics solutions, and ad hoc reports. Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications, build and validate reporting functionality, document solutions, provide training, and support data-driven decision-making. The role requires working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and deliver reliable, accessible insights.

Build, prototype, test, and scale AI-enabled software solutions from concept through enterprise production. Develop applications in Microsoft Azure and other cloud environments, collaborate with business and clinical users, and contribute to architecture, data pipelines, security, testing, documentation, and DevOps practices. The role also helps establish team standards, evaluates emerging AI development tools, and ensures compliance with data governance, privacy, and protected health information requirements.

Provides advanced clerical and administrative support for Legal Services, including complex report and document preparation, high-volume calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of projects, educational sessions, and events. The role requires confidentiality, organization, multitasking, accuracy, and strong computer skills while working onsite during weekday day shifts.

Supports leaders and employees across multiple healthcare locations through employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, performance and talent management, workforce planning, training, policy guidance, and HR program execution. The role answers employee questions, supports organizational goals, and helps improve engagement and the employee experience.
