The Logistics Coordinator will analyze orders for errors and use Excel to convert data reports into a readable format.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor morning process to make sure it completes without errors and print reports once finished.
- Troubleshoot problem orders on 8.1 and 6.1 JD Edwards software application.
- Process and ship UPS shipments on the floor, as well as cut yardage, slipseats, and manual orders.
- Process truck and production schedules.
- Run reports for manufacturing production and customer service.
- Complete the end of day process.
- May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
- Clerical skills such as answering phone, data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Working knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word,
- Ability to use other equipment such as hand-held scanners.
- Good communication skills to work with others to resolve issues.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clerical skills, including answering phones, data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to use handheld scanners and other equipment
