  • Manage and route Less Than Truckload shipments for both Brady locations and vendors/customers in need of support.
  • Route small parcel shipments by creating labels and export documentation, using the carrier’s system (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.).
  • Use of ERP system to research shipment statuses, addressing customer and internal inquiries.
  • Work directly with all carriers in compliance to our rates, processes and maintaining partnerships with each.
  • Manage the logistics email inbox and ensure timely resolution on all requests.
  • Conduct spot quotes for international imports and exports via Air and Less than Container Load Ocean (LCL), supporting requests from vendors and Brady sites.
  • Conduct spot quotes for Truckload (FTL) shipments with Brady and it’s customers/vendors.
  • File freight claims as incidents arise across all modes of transportation.
