We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, dependable Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials and products move accurately, efficiently, and on time throughout our network.

DUTIES & SCOPE:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
  • Verify deliveries, track freight, and update internal systems.
  • Plan delivery routes and schedule daily/weekly logistics activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping using logistics or ERP systems.
  • Communicate shipment status with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify delays, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You must have your Osha10 or Osha30
  • Due to safety, you must be able to communicate in English
  • Experience with a construction company or electrical contractor is preferred

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, snow.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves always), respirator when required. 
  • Able to work 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime, and night shifts as required.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, including crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required.
  • Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
  • Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.

 

COMPENSATION:

The hourly base pay for this role starts at $25.00 per hour. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.  The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Skills Required

  • OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification
