Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order, track, and distribute training materials, equipment, PPE, tools, and supplies needed for training programs.
- Support the Technical Trainer to ensure training classes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide day-to-day logistics support for instructors and program managers, including classroom, lab, and virtual training setup.
- Coordinate instructor schedules, course calendars, facility access, equipment reservations, and training events.
- Assist with vendor coordination for training equipment, materials, and services.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to training operations and logistics.
- Track training equipment, assets, and warranties to ensure availability and proper maintenance.
- Prepare and manage training records, including attendance logs, class rosters, and certification documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new trainers, including system access, training materials, and process orientation.
- Forecast training supply and equipment needs based on program demand and upcoming projects.
- Assist with the implementation of training program improvements and process enhancements.
- Attend training team meetings, document action items, and communicate follow-up activities to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- High attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, inventory tracking, and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently while supporting technical training teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical training environments.
Physical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
