Conduct EHS audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions at semiconductor customer sites. Deliver safety training, communicate performance metrics, prepare safety reports, liaise with clients and vendors, and manage hazardous materials. The role requires experience in manufacturing, laboratory, plant, or cleanroom environments and the physical ability to work on foot, in confined spaces, at heights, and with heavy equipment.

Develop and maintain semiconductor tool installation schedules using Primavera P6 and Hoylu; coordinate inputs across construction, facilities, vendors, and project teams; monitor schedule performance, identify risks and critical-path impacts, prepare KPI dashboards and reports, and facilitate schedule review and pull-planning to keep projects on track.

Create, review, and audit technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions for semiconductor manufacturing. Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, maintain revision histories, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance.

Manage construction and capital projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, safety, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates. Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations; review drawings and documentation; track long-lead items and change requests; lead project meetings and promote safety compliance.

Analyze and audit labor activity and timecards, forecast labor needs using schedules, monitor workload trends, build dashboards and reports, and support staffing and workforce deployment decisions to align staffing with project schedules and productivity goals.

Provide tool-level cost accounting for semiconductor tool installations: track commitments, POs, receipts, accruals, reconcile costs, investigate discrepancies, support month-end and project closeout reporting, and present cost summaries to leadership.
