Create and maintain Revit/BIM models from design documents, ensure standards and naming conventions, support multi-discipline coordination and clash detection, execute revisions from RFIs/markups, and assist QA/QC by reviewing and correcting model inconsistencies.

Perform safety observations, document findings and corrective actions, lead facility safety tours, map tool locations, enforce SOPs, and work in a pressure‑controlled semiconductor cleanroom wearing required PPE.

Provide logistical support for training programs: order and track materials and equipment, coordinate instructors and schedules, set up classrooms/labs, manage inventory and training records, assist vendor coordination and onboarding, maintain SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives for training operations.
