Staff Accountant responsible for bank and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger transactions, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, payroll analysis, sales tax reporting, expense review, audit support, and SOX documentation. Conduct EHS audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety management activities at semiconductor customer sites. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, deliver safety training, communicate performance metrics, prepare safety reports, and ensure hazardous materials are handled properly. The role supports construction site build-out and startup environments while coordinating with customers, vendors, supervisors, and internal teams.

Processes and audits high-volume, multi-state payroll; reconciles data, resolves discrepancies, supports payroll tax compliance, maintains audit-ready records, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations. The role also supports payroll system updates, testing, process improvements, and team guidance while protecting confidential information and ensuring accurate, timely payroll administration.

Manage engineering and construction project documents, records, controlled communications, file systems, and closeout archives.
