The Operations Manager leads client accounts, manages onsite teams, tracks performance metrics, and ensures operational excellence in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include technical leadership, client engagement, and fostering a safety culture while driving continuous improvement in operations.

Develops, delivers, and maintains EHS training and documentation. Facilitates instructor-led and virtual sessions, partners with SMEs, manages version control, and tracks training metrics using Excel and other tools.

Oversee project lifecycle, manage scope, schedule, budget, address safety risks, and interface with procurement for construction projects.

Perform routine and on-site audits of field engineers and activities to ensure procedural, safety, and regulatory compliance. Improve and standardize service procedures, lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain audit documentation, metrics, and stakeholder reporting. Support process improvements and reinforce safety culture.

Manage semiconductor field service engineers, prioritize schedules, ensure safety/compliance, attend customer meetings, produce daily/weekly reports (MS Office), supervise tool deinstall activities, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Role involves significant physical activity and lifting.

Provide on-site product support, install/commission, and perform preventative maintenance on vacuum pumps, abatement, and chiller equipment. Troubleshoot electromechanical and gas/chemical delivery systems, read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, use test meters and tools, and maintain professional customer relationships while following safety practices.

Support EHS team by shadowing FSEs, enforcing safety procedures and PPE, conducting daily audits, logging findings in the SIR system, correcting unsafe behavior, and assisting with safety communication and reporting in a semiconductor cleanroom/fab environment.

Create and maintain Revit/BIM models from design documents, ensure standards and naming conventions, support multi-discipline coordination and clash detection, execute revisions from RFIs/markups, and assist QA/QC by reviewing and correcting model inconsistencies.

Install Engineer performs semiconductor equipment installations, sets up electronic/mechanical/optical units, supports process piping and electro-mechanical systems, lays cabling, takes field measurements, and verifies facility readiness while working in cleanroom environments and using standard measurement and hand tools.

Support Project Manager to execute projects on scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure safety compliance; define scope and manage changes; support RFQs, commissioning, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving.
