The Job
We're on the lookout for the next member of our ANZ team so that we can further spread pizza joy to the masses. The main focus of your role will be to help manage the flow and delivery of our products to customers - customer happiness is critical for us and you'll play a key part in ensuring they have the best experience possible.
This is a role you can grow into as you quench your thirst for detail and precision. Supported by our General Manager, Regional Head of Supply Chain and global logistics team, you'll get stuck into a number of tasks... Container shipment of Ooni Kodas arriving? "I'm on it". 3pl warehouse needing new product details? "I've got this". Oven needed for a photoshoot by next Monday? "Consider it done!". Wouldn't it be cool to add a message to each order? "I'll figure it out." You get the drift!
We're looking for a positive, can-do attitude to join our team! With us being a relatively small team here and growing at pace across Australia & New Zealand, you'll have the opportunity to support project work, whilst also having the opportunity to work alongside your colleagues in Sales and Marketing as needed. You'll be engaging in tasks such as; scoping potential retailers, product demoing, attending events and representing the brand.
A few specifics on the role:

  • Work with our internal sales teams to coordinate deliveries and ensure that customer deadlines are met
  • Liaise with our 3PL warehouse and freight partners to ensure all orders are picked, packed and shipped on time
  • Be the point of contact for our customer support team to support and resolve any logistical issues that arise
  • Use Netsuite (our ERP) to monitor inbound and outbound shipments and generate reports that will be shared with the wider team
  • Generate packing lists and supporting transport documents in our EDI system for use on wholesale consignments
  • Help our ANZ team with any other tasks / projects as and when required
  • We'd love you to be based in Melbourne so you can work from our office in Collingwood a few days a week


We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Are highly organised, with an eagle eyed attention to detail. A rigorous approach is essential in this role!
  • Get a kick from delighting customers and possess a can-do, glass half-full attitude.
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Experience using our ERP Netsuite would be a plus!
  • Take on guidance and knowledge like a sponge, as we collectively seek the most appropriate / effective / efficient path forward.
  • Have excellent communication and people skills. You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. Managing each effectively is a huge part of this role.
  • Are hardworking, driven and love the idea of being part of a small team that lives, works and plays by Ooni's values

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.

Our team works on a hybrid schedule, typically working from the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; however, we are flexible.
