ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and processes customer parcel shipment in NetSuite and UPS/Fed Ex systems
- Manages in-bound/out-bound shipping documents, bills of lading, etc
- Assists in the resolution of problems or disputes between carriers and customers
- Provides tracking or shipping information to customers on request
- Leads communication and corrective action to resolve shipping/receiving issues
- Minimizes extra expenses
- Maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
- Coordinates with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of the office area
- Assist with order picking and loading/unloading as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in office setting
- Advanced computer, Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS Worldship
- Forklift knowledge
