As a key member of the Country Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the country's logistics strategy while driving operational excellence, cost optimization, inventory performance, and service quality. This is a highly visible leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence business outcomes, lead transformation initiatives, and build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
About the role:
Serve as a key member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, decision-making, and organizational performance.
Develop and execute a forward-looking logistics strategy that supports business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Act as the country lead and single point of contact for all logistics-related topics.
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead strategic partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Drive warehouse and logistics network optimization initiatives to improve productivity, flexibility, and scalability.
Ensure effective inventory governance, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and working capital optimization.
Own the logistics budget and overall cost structure, ensuring alignment with business targets.
Drive financial transparency through robust analytics and performance reporting.
Identify and implement sustainable cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Define and govern KPI and SLA frameworks across the logistics ecosystem.
Lead Continuous Improvement and Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) initiatives across logistics operations.

What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Full professional proficiency in English, native in Turkish.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
7+ years of leadership experience managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, customs, and supply chain operations.
Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvements, transformation projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong experience working with logistics service providers and managing complex logistics networks.
Professional certifications such as APICS CLTD, CSCP, CPIM, Lean Certification are highly desirable.
Experience in Türkiye and/or similar markets, with solid knowledge of customs and regulatory requirements.
Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation, inventory optimization, and supply chain management.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering cost optimization results.
Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data and digital tools to drive business decisions.
Experience leading Lean, network optimization, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
