The Role
Entegris is seeking a Logistics & Shipping Associate to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment through accurate, timely shipping execution and material flow. This role is primarily responsible for outbound logistics, shipping documentation, SAP transactions, and freight coordination, while also providing secondary support for material handling and inventory activities.

What You’ll Do
Shipping & Logistics (Primary Focus):
Prepare and execute outbound shipments accurately and on time
Generate shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels
Enter, maintain, and close shipping transactions in SAP or other ERP systems
Coordinate freight pickups with carriers and internal teams
Assign shipping charges, carrier information, and destination details per work orders
Stage finished goods per carrier and customer requirements
Support international shipments by preparing required documentation and labels
Maintain accurate logistics records to ensure traceability and compliance
Material Handling & Warehouse Support (Secondary):
Support movement, staging, and kitting of materials and finished goods
Perform SAP material movements, put‑away, and inventory transactions
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 6S activities
What We Seek
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Experience with SAP or inventory systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
Basic math, data entry, and computer skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Familiarity with shipping processes and carrier requirements a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Lift and/or move materials up to 40–50 pounds
Ability to work in required PPE (safety glasses, steel‑toe footwear, cleanroom PPE as required)
Ability to safely work at heights using ladders or powered equipment when needed

- Compensation: $22-$27 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
