Are you ready to discover the role of a Logistics and Planning Consultant in Netcompany?
As a Logistics and Planning Consultant, you will:
- Support logistics processes, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and receipt of goods.
- Manage physical inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate records and availability of materials
- Coordinate and maintain stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and inventory updates
- Plan and create work orders for Field Technicians based on operational requirements and priorities
- Coordinate with Field Technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution of activities
- Monitor logistics and planning activities, identify discrepancies or delays, and provide timely updates and follow-up
- Maintain correct defined inventory levels for the client's products
- Develop basic reports on activities and participate in the drafting of operational procedures
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Completed secondary education and 3 years of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles or a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience in indicative or similar roles
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
- Capacity to organise delivery schedules
- Quality control of incoming IT material versus orders
- Good knowledge of the IT consumer market products
- Provide assistance in the elaboration of workload planning
- Analysis of user requests in the domain of RFC (Request for Comments)
- Very good skills in all of the MS office applications
What is a strong asset for the role:
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
