UCT is looking for a talented Logistics Analyst to join us in Israel!
The Logistics Analyst supports efficient order fulfillment and compliance by auditing open Stock Transfer Orders, managing manual logistics processes, and ensuring accurate system updates during the transition to SAP. This role resolves changes driven by sales activity, manages Segregation of Duties requirements, and approves purchase requisitions for resell orders. It helps maintain operational accuracy, mitigates process risks, and supports workload distribution across the team to ensure timely, reliable logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Auditing: Conduct daily audits of open STOs to address changes made by sales, including decreased quantities in Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs), push-out dates, cancellations, and changes in average usages.
- Manual Processes: Perform manual work in processes that were previously automated, such as STR to STO conversions, various allocation methods, and cancellation of allocations.
- SOD Management: Manage SOD conflicts to ensure compliance, recognizing that not all team members will be able to perform all tasks as previously done.
- PR Approvals: Approve PRs for resell orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Workload Management: Assist in managing increased workload on the team due to SOD restrictions, as the team leader will not be able to participate in daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or supply chain management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP and other logistics systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Additional Information:
- Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to warehouses or other facilities as needed.
