Leads complex engineering projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, testing, and systems. Analyzes data and processes, resolves high-impact issues, improves yield, throughput, reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost, and drives NPI, technology transfers, factory ramps, and continuous improvement. Serves as a technical subject-matter expert, approves engineering documentation, supports audits and escalations, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors less-experienced engineers.

The role requires an AAS degree or equivalent experience and 4–6 years of electro-mechanical technician experience in manufacturing.

Develop and maintain production plans, master schedules, work orders, and capacity analyses in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Perform simulation modeling, scenario optimization, RCCP, and S&OP reporting. Resolve material shortages, production control issues, and schedule conflicts while coordinating with engineering, quality, purchasing, operations, and customers.
