Purpose of the function

Responsible for shipping purchase orders, documenting operations, carrying out exports and managing the certificates of origin that are required, virtual entry into the inventory and reshipping all the product.

Specific responsibilities

• Create invoices for each shipment

• Document shipments to meet letter of credit requirements

• Enter product into inventory virtually

• Reship the product to exit the inventory

• Meet the specific requirements of direct sales

• Coordinate shipments from each country depending on the origin of the purchase order

• Coordinate shipments for each port and destination country

• Assist distributors with questions and requirements regarding shortages or wrong products

• Previous experience of at least 3 years on similar roles
