As a Logistics Analyst in San José, Costa Rica, you will play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless movement of goods across our global network.

You will contribute by transforming data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support end-to-end supply chain planning, including inventory management, demand alignment, and distribution optimization

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track logistics performance and support data-driven decisions

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across logistics activities

  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at strengthening Arxada’s global supply chain capabilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics processes is advantageous

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus
