The Logistics Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Team Leader, Logistics Operations. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- Manage international logistics operations with a solid understanding of Incoterms and shipping terms.
- Review and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificates, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment bookings, approve Bills of Lading, and track shipments.
- Liaise with customs brokers for clearance of cargo in overseas countries.
- Coordinate with transport companies for container pick-up from ports and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and site representatives for delivery schedules.
- Manage courier shipments with FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.
- Handle reverse logistics, coordinating movement of goods from project sites back to suppliers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Ensure timely updates of shipment data and maintain accurate records.
- Comply with EHS policies, procedures and instructions
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required
- Report hazards, near misses, incidents and unsafe acts
- Participate in EHS training and awareness programmes.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- (4-6) years of experience in international logistics operations (experience in overseas markets preferred).
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and global shipping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible to work in US time zone.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Prior experience in project logistics or large-scale shipments will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and documentation requirements is essential.

We are NextpowerSkills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of logistics experience (preferably Middle East & Africa operations)
- Strong understanding of international logistics, including Incoterms and shipping practices
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes across the region
- Familiarity with customs portals and trade compliance systems
- Experience working with seaports, airports, and bonded warehouses
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience in solar, industrial, manufacturing, or project logistics
- Prior experience managing logistics operations in Middle East/African markets
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical shipments; high attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
