About the Role


As a Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Logistics Manager – Cluster or Market, and be responsible for handling all logistics flows and related virtual movements within the Market. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all 3PL/4PL logistics purchase orders (POs) are raised and paid.
  • Monitor and process all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interfaces and resolve related issues.
  • Reconcile 3PL stock and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct and oversee inventory cycle counts for 3PLs and stores, making adjustments as required.
  • Manage the inbound flow of trucks and containers, focusing on unload planning, demurrage limitation, customs handling, and system reconciliation of receipts.
  • Oversee special logistics operations such as quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, and in/out trade material.
  • Direct store fulfillment through order placement, delivery arrangements, and returns management.
  • Ensure all EDI/MRP interfaces for stores are processed and make adjustments in case of payment or delivery issues.
  • Manage ad hoc logistics requirements, including live events and group/JDF logistics, if applicable.
  • Process e-commerce orders in SAP, ensuring order correctness for delivery creation, PGI (Post Goods Issue), and invoicing, using Sorted Pro if required.
  • Manage the PGI and invoicing process for retail orders.
  • Receive and reconcile returns (B2B and B2C).
  • Manage stock locations, ensuring product availability in relevant storage locations in line with forecasts, order books, or allocations.
  • Execute the movement of stock between markets.
  • Communicate out-of-stock situations for spares and manage the spares order book, including trade order management and backorders.
  • Report on logistics operations.
  • Identify problems and implement solutions.
