This Position reports to:
Local Business Area Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in Taiwan.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
- Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
- Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
Qualifications for the role
- You have 15 years(5+ managerial years) of experience in service market
- Degree in Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering
- You are at ease communicating in English
