Your Role: Own the Challenge
 

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to act as a global or local business leader. Your daily responsibilities will include commercial activities (sales and marketing), portfolio management, and oversight of research and development — showcasing your strategic and technical expertise.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion High Power division in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define go-to-market models and segment strategies for the assigned Business Organization, aligning them with operational execution.
  • Ensure integrated commercial success to drive business growth and market share, enabling short-, mid-, and long-term performance objectives.
  • Drive cost structure optimization, productivity, and capital efficiency — focusing on profitability, costing/hourly rates, absorption analysis, demand analysis, and cost-to-serve.
  • Optimize all commercial costs (sales force expenses, call centers, after-sales, commissions for channel partners and distributors, if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading front-end sales and marketing operations with full P&L responsibility and a strong record of profitable growth.
  • Solid background in industrial markets — preferably in automation, motors, drives or generators — with sharp business development and market insights.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with strategic P&L management and cross-line initiative leadership.
  • Inclusive leadership experience managing diverse, high-performing teams in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach, with proactive decision-making and a focus on accountability and collaboration.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
