Local Activation Support (12 Month Contract Role)

As Local Activation Support working for Wild Rift, you will help building and operating local activities ensuring that anything we ship embodies a Player-First mindset, on mobile. Starting from ideation to the retro of the activities, you will support the daily operations of content creator initiatives, social media plans and online/offline community activations. To achieve that, you'll surround yourself with outstanding partners and agencies to help you accomplish that mission for the next twelve months.

Responsibilities

• Support BM/RPL on daily publishing operations for local players.
• Help BM/RPL for regular retro & report preparations. 
• Support and manage community events planned to happen in Türkiye.
• Enhance social media vendor’s content creation process with player insights and product needs.
• Brief content creators with game updates, deliver necessary assets and track their content releases & performance.
• Manage content creators’ regular and campaign based benefit deliveries (swag, in-game stipend, digital codes etc)
• Manage content creators’ showdown competitions and prize processes.
• Track social media content plans, players’ reactions and help to deliver relevant assets if needed.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working on multi layered operations like product/brand management, social media management or event management.
• Knowledge of community best practices, including communication strategies, social media and partnerships with creators.
• Knowledge of gaming, especially mobile gaming in Türkiye.
• Good experience on building presentations & retro reports for projects. 
• It is required to have native Turkish, and a good level of English.
• Passionate about Wild Rift and connected to its community, in-game language, and most recent memes.
