Role Overview:
Could you be our next Sales Intern? We are currently seeking a Sales Intern to join the Globe Life team for Summer 2026!
In this internship role, you will gain hands-on professional experience while working alongside sales department executives in the life insurance business at Globe Life Liberty National Division. Discover how a sales organization operates through interactions with executives, technology, salespeople, and support staff. Participate in projects designed to improve sales, agent retention, and compensation. Assist with Globe Life University, our in-house leadership academy, preparations, and execution to ensure the department’s goals and objectives are achieved. The internship also includes a leadership development course led by the Director of Sales Innovation and Technology.
This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do:
- Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects.
- Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence.
- Assigned Group Project with interns from other departments.
- Special assigned projects by department leaders.
What You Can Bring:
- Must have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor's degree program (Business or related field).
- We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
- Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed.
- Willingness to learn different areas within the organization.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested).
- Have the ability to work 40 hours per week
- U.S. citizen or legal resident.
