Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as administrator for numerous learning platforms (e.g. Thought Industries, Oracle Learn) and ensure service-levels are met
  • Configure courses, generate reports, create learning paths, and collaborate with internal clients to enhance the learning experience
  • Support user requests, including local admins, internal or external clients, and learners
  • Troubleshoot systems, monitor and report on data, upload and format content and courses, and provide technical support to users
  • Support implementation of new learning technologies to the organization
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for process and reporting enhancements
  • Ensure internal processes are followed to allow for accurate reporting and data integrity, and develop plan for remediation as needed
  • Provide technical support to end-users on implemented systems, report to leadership on trends
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator in one or more LMS systems
  • Experience generating reports and doing data analysis
  • Proficiency with LMS system settings, self-paced and instructor-led course management, learner profile management, assignment processes and notification tools
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues with minimum guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically, solve problems, and manage/prioritize time

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with instructional design authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
  • Experience with Thought Industries LMS, Oracle Learn or Cornerstone LXP or LMS
