Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as administrator for numerous learning platforms (e.g. Thought Industries, Oracle Learn) and ensure service-levels are met
- Configure courses, generate reports, create learning paths, and collaborate with internal clients to enhance the learning experience
- Support user requests, including local admins, internal or external clients, and learners
- Troubleshoot systems, monitor and report on data, upload and format content and courses, and provide technical support to users
- Support implementation of new learning technologies to the organization
- Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for process and reporting enhancements
- Ensure internal processes are followed to allow for accurate reporting and data integrity, and develop plan for remediation as needed
- Provide technical support to end-users on implemented systems, report to leadership on trends
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator in one or more LMS systems
- Experience generating reports and doing data analysis
- Proficiency with LMS system settings, self-paced and instructor-led course management, learner profile management, assignment processes and notification tools
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues with minimum guidance
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, think critically, solve problems, and manage/prioritize time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with instructional design authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
- Experience with Thought Industries LMS, Oracle Learn or Cornerstone LXP or LMS
