The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a passionate and creative Livestream Producer. In this role, you will lead all livestream activities, transforming content into dynamic real-time experiences. You will work closely with the Affiliate Team, Commercial Team, Creative Team, Marketing Team, and Technical Team to ensure every livestream is professional, engaging, and delivers an outstanding viewer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

• Support livestream production planning and coordinate execution according to the approved plan.
• Manage all technical aspects, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and graphics for livestream sessions.
• Develop production timelines and checklists based on specific requirements (if applicable).

2. Livestream Execution

• Direct and coordinate livestream sessions, ensuring smooth content flow and handling real-time issues on-site or in the studio.
• Collaborate with and prepare KOLs/hosts/crew to create an interactive atmosphere.
  Monitor and respond to live feedback to optimize viewer experience.

3. Post-Production & Analysis

• Consolidate KPI reports and propose improvements for future livestream sessions.
• Develop creative concepts and production plans for upcoming livestreams.

4. Collaboration & Relationship Building

• Build effective connections with internal teams, partners, agencies, and brands.
• Coordinate livestream schedules with internal teams and agencies.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in livestream production and pre-production projects.

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Communications, Media, Event Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream production, video production, or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficient in livestream platforms and software such as vMix, OBS, Shopee Live, TikTok Live Studio, Lazada Live, and other production support tools.
• Skilled in operating production equipment including cameras, lighting systems, microphones, mixers, etc.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Passion for storytelling, content creation, and producing engaging, high-impact experiences.
  Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
