We are looking for a Live Ops Associate to join the publishing team for World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. You will help plan and deliver in-game events, promotions, and offers that drive engagement, retention, and monetization. Collaborating with Live Ops, Publishing, and Development teams, you will use data insights to shape and optimize our live operations.
What will you do?- Analyze player data to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track event and game performance.
- Evaluate the impact of in-game events, offers, and new content.
- Collaborate with teams to translate player data into actionable insights for game design and feature planning.
- Support the execution and smooth rollout of in-game events and campaigns.
- Assist with KPI tracking and ad-hoc player behavior analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in live ops, product analytics, or data analysis, preferably in gaming.
- Understanding of key game metrics like retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Strong Excel skills and basic experience with reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and work cross-functionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about live service games.
