Responsibilities
- Own and support lithography track processes and associated equipment health in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Support TEL Track systems, including ACT, LITHIUS, Pro, and related platforms used in production and development activities.
- Execute process experiments and DOE studies to improve process capability, yield, throughput, and cost.
- Collect, analyze, and present process data using statistical techniques and engineering methodologies.
- Monitor critical process metrics including defectivity, critical dimension (CD), overlay, focus, and exposure performance.
- Investigate process excursions and support root cause analysis activities to maintain production schedules and product quality.
- Provide daily process support and product lot disposition for lithography operations.
- Partner with equipment, metrology, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot process and tool-related issues.
- Support process qualifications, tool matching activities, and manufacturing readiness initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on yield enhancement, defect reduction, cost reduction, and cycle time improvements.
- Develop technical expertise in lithography processes and equipment while assuming increasing ownership and sustaining responsibilities within the first 6 to 12 months.

- Related Technical Discipline
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Internship, co-op, research, or industry experience in semiconductor processing preferred.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.
- Exposure to lithography, thin films, etch, diffusion, or other semiconductor process modules is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Fundamental understanding of semiconductor lithography processes and manufacturing operations.
