Description
Leadership
• Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key production metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement
• Monitor and evaluate team’s performance
• Reward and recognize individual and team performance and improvement efforts
• Coordinate execution of production plan
• Provide effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development for all subordinated Team Leaders and Operators

Coaching/Mentoring
• Use Leadership Coaching to ensure Team Leaders’ and operators’ engagement

Communication
• Lead Tier 0 meeting

Standard Work
